A weekend of immersing yourself in the Norwegian Sami culture - including a dog sledging adventure

Kaja and I are travelling up north again, and we would like to invite you on this amazing journey. Would you like to join us 11-13 November 2022?

We are invited to meet the Sami family of Ronald and Beate and their 2 children with 22 Huskies who live in Kvernmo in Gratangen commune, in Troms county. We are going to stay close by in an arctic farmhouse/cabin up in the mountains with fantastic views and beautiful surroundings.

Ronald is a Sami Shaman and Beate is a Healer, and they are opening their doors and looking forward to welcoming you.

There is something wonderful about discovering these unique tools and techniques to Calm Your Mind 💠 Open Your Heart 💠 and be Grounded in Your Body.

The taster session is for you if you:

• need to learn to relax and switch off

• already have a practice but curious to learn more

• want to stick your toe into the world of meditation

The taster sessions run the first Monday of every month at 12.30 (GMT) on Teams.
