Time out & Relax
Our bodies love it when we take time out to relax. That wonderful feeling when we are at peace with ourselves and the world. Sometimes though, it is easier said than done to get into that relaxed state.
That’s why I am delighted to offer you the chance to take time out once
a month to teach your body how to relax in a new way. By learning to direct your
breath in different ways, your body will move into a deeper state of relaxation that will last long beyond the moment
If you feel that this is for you, come and join me the first Monday of every month for 30 minutes at 12.30 (Teams) and/or 18.30 (Zoom) for the next 12 months. If you miss a month no worries – just pop back on when you are available.
You only need to sign up once and you’ll get reminders with the link. During the session all you must do is make sure you are in a safe comfortable place and go on mute and your camera can be on or off.
This is FREE, however I really like the concept of Paying it Forward, so maybe there is someone or some charity that would benefit from your energy that is close to your heart and I will leave that up to you decide.
Everyone is welcome – the more the merrier.
