 I’m Ann Stevenson, Executive Coach. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations, including Telenor Norway and UK, Avnet, the Royal Observatory Edinburgh, Liontrust, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Aberdeen Asset Management, Royal London Asset Management, various FE colleges, and SMEs such as Wild Scotland and Shetland Arts. My work focuses on executive coaching and helping leaders and their teams navigate transitions with confidence—energizing employees to embrace change and move forward with purpose.

I bring this experience together with over 15 years in Human Resources, where I supported business leaders, managers, and teams with the full range of people-focused needs, particularly during times of significant change.
