Meet Ann

I am Ann Stevenson and as the clock chimed into the new millennium, I was searching for something more. My mother was dying, my sister was seriously ill, and I had just been made redundant. My life felt like it had become a never-ending endurance test, one where I was operating on automatic pilot.

As I began my search, I stumbled across something new, coaching. I did some digging around, liked what I found, and decided to jump into the training. Much to my surprise it involved working on understanding myself before attempting to understand anyone else, or the world around me. It was a bit of a revelation really, and truly remarkable, I had made it this far in life without that crucial piece of the jigsaw.

Becoming a certified coach was just the beginning of this new adventure. Since then, I have continued to learn, constantly seeking to add to my skills and knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of how to combine ancient wisdom, with our modern-day philosophies to offer, an endless supply of energy, support, and understanding in making sense of ourselves and the world around us. I bring this holistic approach and understanding to my clients in a very pragmatic way.
